The garden is tiled and is furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast!
Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge is very comfortably furnished with two sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), coffee table, rug, plants and lamps.
The dining area contains a dining table and 4 chairs, mirror, pictures, sideboard and for your entertainment there is Satellite TV (with UK and Sky stations) and DVD as well as a CD/Radio.

Moving into the kitchen, as you would expect in a property of this standard, there is an oven, hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine as well as a good selection of pans, crockery and utensils. There is also a separate utility area leading from the kitchen which contains an iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor there is also a useful downstairs shower room, containing shower, basin and WC.
Moving upstairs to the first floor is the sleeping area. The air-conditioned master bedroom is nicely furnished and contains double bed, two bedside cabinets, lamps, rugs, pictures as well as a built in wardrobe containing hanging shelf space. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a private balcony.

Upstairs again to the roof terrace which contains a table and 4 chairs, BBQ, 2 sunloungers, 2 deck chairs and a parasol. A perfect place for either sunbathing or enjoying a meal al fresco! With the lovely pool and gardens only a short walk, this is a great holiday property!
